My name is Lou and I am so grateful you are here.
I’m a singer, ritualist, director, coach, xxxx
I am interested in everything around the voice—the breath that carries it, the body that holds it, the moments when it opens easily and the moments when it won’t come at all.
That curiosity led me into somatic work, and into a way of working about noticing and following. We have so much tied up in our voice. xxxxx
People come to me for all kinds of reasons. Some want to sing more freely. Some feel blocked or disconnected. Some just have a sense that there’s more there than what’s been coming through.
What I offer is a space to slow down and listen—closely, gently, without pressure. From there, things tend to shift.
